Shipping policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING 

We usually ship your orders within 2-3 working days (excluding SATURDAY AND SUNDAY), however in some rare circumstances it might take 4-7 days to process your orders.

For all the customised orders it takes 4-8 days to process your orders. Specific orders pertaining to rugs takes 30-45 days to get made and are shipped post that. 

The courier company takes more or less another 4-7 working days (excluding SATURDAY and SUNDAY).Tracking detail are sent via SMS or email as soon as the order is shipped .

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Once orders are shipped/dispatched, customer will receive tracking details through the given email id & contact number by our logistics team from which customers will be able to follow up on their shipments.
